Bills Sign C Haynesworth, Waive WR Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena, addressing depth needs at the position.

Buffalo announced the roster moves on Wednesday. Haynesworth, 25, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024 and has spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals, though he hasn't appeared in a regular-season game. He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026.
