Brewers Host Red Sox with Woodruff on Mound

Milwaukee’s Brandon Woodruff is slated to start in the opener against the Boston Red Sox, marking the Brewers’ return to the East Coast after a road trip.

Woodruff, who went 5‑0 with a 2‑run outing vs. the Rays, is expected to stay within the 75‑80 pitch range. Boston will counter with right‑hander Brayan Bello, who made his season debut Tuesday.

The Brewers (7‑2) lead the NL Central, while the Red Sox (2‑7) sit at the bottom of the AL East. The series kicks off Monday night in Boston.
