Israel Captain Sparks Feud with Ireland Comments

Israel captain Manor Solomon intensified tensions with Ireland by claiming his country was "10 times better" after their Nations League match. The comments came after Ireland players refused to shake hands or exchange pennants in protest against Israeli military actions in Gaza.

During the match, Ireland players stared at the ground during Israel's anthem while staff faced away from the pitch. Solomon responded bluntly: "They hate us and we don't like them," as diplomatic fallout continued between the nations. mieszalniakolorado.pl
