Jaiswal-Sooryavanshi Fastest 500 IPL Runs

Rajasthan Royals' opening pair Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi created history by becoming the fastest Indian pair to reach 500 partnership runs in IPL history. The duo needed just two deliveries to cross the milestone after entering the match three runs short, breaking the previous record held by Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir.

Earlier, Rajasthan captain Riyan Parag chose to bat first against Gujarat Titans, who were missing regular skipper Shubman Gill due to a muscle spasm. Rashid Khan led the Titans in Gill's absence as Rajasthan made two changes to their lineup with Tushar Deshpande and Shubham Dubey coming in.
