Brett Decker Jr., a 2025‑26 Liberty Flames guard from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is a top transfer target for the Wildcats as the portal opens.

Decker, a 6‑ft‑5 guard who averaged 16.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and 47.1% from beyond the arc for Liberty, earned First‑Team All‑Conference USA honors.

Kentucky’s Mark Pope, who built his first roster on transfers, could use Decker’s shooting to restore the Wildcats’ perimeter firepower.
