Lyon Look to Turn Tables Against Wolfsburg

OL Lyonnes, down 1-0 to VfL Wolfsburg after their UWCL quarter-final first leg, will look to overturn the deficit in Thursday's return match.

Former Wolfsburg players Ingrid Engen and Jule Brand have stressed the importance of team unity ahead of OL Lyonnes' crucial UEFA Women's Champions League return clash. The eight-time champions trail 1-0 after a tight first leg where they dominated possession but couldn't convert their chances.

Engen, who spent three years with Wolfsburg before joining Barcelona, insisted the group must stay connected: "For us, it's very important to stick together from the first minute after a game like that. We can't lose the confidence in everything we've built up, just because we lose one game." Lyon will face either Chelsea or Arsenal if they overcome the deficit.
