NBA Fines Blazers, Suspends GMs for Hansen Contact

The violations occurred during the pre-draft evaluation period.

The sanctions were announced by the league office following an investigation into unauthorized communication between the Blazers' front office and Hansen, who was a draft prospect at the time of the contact.
