Nelson Attacks Solo in Tour de France Femmes Stage 6

Josie Nelson (Picnic-PostNL) launched a solo attack approaching the first climb of the 153.4km stage six from Montbrison to Tournon-sur-Rhône at the Tour de France Femmes 2026.

The British rider, hailing from Lichfield in Staffordshire, made her move with 139km remaining in the hilly stage. However, Nelson was later caught by the peloton, with two of her Picnic-PostNL teammates, Eleonora Ciabocco and Lene Robyn Clay, and Mia Griffin also being dropped. sport-ipl.my
