Ohtani Makes Pitching Debut vs. Guardians on March 31

Shohei Ohtani will pitch for the Dodgers in a full two‑way season, making his debut against the Cleveland Guardians on March 31 at Dodger Stadium.

Ohtani, who missed the 2024 season after a second Tommy John surgery, returned to the mound in 2025 with a 3.34 ERA over 67⅓ innings, striking out 90 batters (33.2% K/9). He will resume a full two‑way role for the Dodgers in 2026, debuting against the Guardians on March 31 at Dodger Stadium.

Cleveland will send right‑hander Tanner Bibee, making his second start of the season, to face the Dodgers. The game kicks off at 7:10 p.m. and will be broadcast on SportsNet LA, with radio coverage on AM 570 and KTNQ 1020 AM.
