Jaguars Target Georgia DT Christen Miller in Draft

The Jaguars’ best draft scenario is to land Georgia defensive tackle Christen Miller, who can bolster their run defense and add pass‑rush depth.

Jacksonville’s biggest need is interior defensive line depth. Pro Football Focus analyst Ryan Smith says the ideal pick is Georgia tackle Christen Miller, a 6‑ft‑4, 310‑lb player who excelled at run defense in 2025 with a 90.2 PFF run‑defense grade and an 11.3 pass‑rush win rate.

Miller has logged over 1,000 defensive snaps, posted 38 pressures and a sack, and is ranked fifth among defensive tackles on Mel Kiper’s board. Though he may fall to the Jaguars later in round one, the team’s top run defense last season still needs a steady pass‑rush presence.
