Former India captain Rohit Sharma named the 2007 T20 World Cup final as his favorite India-Pakistan encounter, highlighting memorable matches in their storied rivalry.

Rohit, who played in every India-Pakistan clash at T20 World Cups until recently, recalled two special matches from 2007 - the final victory and a group-stage game decided by bowl-out. "We went on to win the World Cup," he said of the final.

The 2022 T20 World Cup match at MCG was another unforgettable chapter, where India recovered from 31/4 to win dramatically. "I felt helpless watching from the dressing room," Rohit admitted, praising Virat Kohli's match-winning innings. The 2024 T20 World Cup-winning skipper played 160 T20 Internationals before retirement.
