Stewart Powers Mist to Unrivaled Title

Breanna Stewart scored 32 points as the Mist defeated Kelsey Plum's top-seeded Phantom 80-74 to win the Unrivaled championship on Wednesday.

The Mist overcame a strong performance from Kelsey Plum, who scored 40 points with 6-of-7 shooting from three-point range, to claim the second season of the three-on-three league. Each player on the Mist will receive $100,000, double what championship players earned last season.

The victory came after the Mist lost to the Phantom twice during the regular season. Stewart's 10-0 run in the third quarter proved decisive as the Mist secured the $600,000 prize pool at Sephora Arena in South Florida.
