Here are the top 10 women's players at the Summit League tournament

Mar. 3—Karrington Asp, Fr., North Dakota State, F

The 6-2 freshman has been a major piece of the Bison's record-setting season, coming off the bench in all 29 games and making a big impact.

Asp averages 11.1 points in just 19.6 minutes per game, shooting 56.4 percent from the floor. She also chips in 4.9 rebounds per game.

Molly Joyce, Sr., South Dakota, G

A transfer from Division II Truman State, Joyce provided instant offense for the Yotes once added to the starting lineup. She averages 12.7 points per game on the season but 15.8 in conference play, ranking 9th in the league in 3-pointers and third in free-throw percentage (.864).

Avery Koenen, Jr., North Dakota State, C

A monster in all areas for the league champs, the 6-3 junior was first team all-conference last season and took things to another level this year.

Koenen averages 19.2 points per game (third in the league), 11.0 rebounds (second) and 1.2 blocks (fifth) while shooting .647 from the floor (second).

Madison Mathiowetz, Sr., South Dakota State, G

If you made a list of the most underrated and steady players in the dizzying D1 history of SDSU women's basketball, Mathiowetz would be on it.

The senior has never been the alpha for the Jacks but she's always delivered. Now a senior, she's averaging 13.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists while leading the Jacks in steals and shooting .414 from 3-point land.

Brooklyn Meyer, Sr., South Dakota State, C

One of the best in SDSU and Summit League history, Meyer has made her final season her best one. She leads the Summit League in scoring (22.1) and field-goal percentage (.653) while ranking second in blocked shots (1.8), third in rebounds (7.9) and eighth in assists (2.9).

Jalei Oglesby, Jr., Oral Roberts, G

Last year's Summit League Sixth Woman of the Year, Oglesby moved into the starting lineup this year and delivered a fine season for the Golden Eagles.

She ranks fourth in the conference with 16.2 points per game, fifth in shooting (.484) and 13th in rebounding (5.4) while also notching 1.3 steals a night.

Angelina Robles, Sr., South Dakota, G

Coyote coach Carrie Eighmey brought Robles in from Denver to quarterback her offense and the senior responded with a fine season. Robles leads the Coyotes with 15.7 points per game while ranking third in the Summit with 93 assists. She also chips in 3.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game while ranking fourth in the league with an .844 free throw percentage.

Alyssa Sand, So., St. Thomas, F

The 6-3 sophomore excelled at both ends, leading the Summit with 2.4 steals per game and ranking third in blocks (1.5), while averaging 14.0 points and placing fourth in rebounds (7.9) and field goal percentage (.492).

Avril Smith, Fr., Omaha, C

The 6-foot freshman provides a unique state line for the Mavericks. She averages just 3.2 points per game and was scoreless 10 times this season.

She also dominates the glass and protects the rim, leading the Summit League in rebounds (11.5) and blocked shots (2.2). If she ever adds more offense to her game, watch out.

Coryn Watts, So., Denver, G

An explosive backcourt player for the Pioneers, Watts played the most minutes in the conference this year and averaged 19.9 points per game, second in the league. Her 84 makes from 3-point land are 26 more than anyone else's, while she also ranked 3rd in the league with 1.8 steals per game and 8th with 2.9 assists.
